The car pickups and local tour providers were generally on time, which helped the trip run smoothly. The support during the holiday was less satisfactory. Too many people were coordinating with me, and I was repeatedly asked for updates that the team could have shared internally. It felt intrusive when I was trying to enjoy my holiday. One dedicated point of contact would have made communication much easier. When a typhoon affected our time in Japan, I did not receive a timely or helpful response. I also felt the hotels should have been checked more carefully: some looked good in photos but were not comfortable places to stay. Finally, I was not given a clear breakdown of costs. That would have helped me understand the choices and decide where the trip could have been more cost effective. The timely arrangements were appreciated, but the hotel recommendations, cost transparency and support during the trip need improvement.

Pickyourtrail provided good end to end service for our recent Japan trip. Itinerary was customised as per our requirements. Sales and Support team explained complete itinerary and gave a heads up on the additional expenses we could have to make during the trip. Airport transfers and group tours were arranged. We faced few issues during one of airport transfers and our communication with support team in Pickyourtrail APP due to flight delays. However the support team got it resolved. I and my husband went for honeymoon to Japan in October 23. The whole trip was curated for us to every minute detail as we asked from Pranav. Their 24*7 support is prompt and we received every detail regarding our activities in a day advance. The whole process was hassle free. I went on a trip to Japan for one week in the month of September through Pickyourtrail. It was a great experience throughout the holiday. The assistance was on spot everytime I needed. The itenary was customised to my likes and dislikes and it was so smooth max. Their was no hurry burry fillups in the itenary. Thanks to the planning team - especially Sharon. Fantastic Japan trip!!! Everything was well organized, from hotels and train travel to sightseeing activities. Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo each offered unique experiences, and highlights like Mt. TheVisa process was verywell taken care off, pickup and drop from and to the airport in japan was really helpful, the accomdation booked was very good in nice ,safe location with all comforts for a family greatly enjoyed the stay. The local tours were very well planned and executed,guides were excellent except first day. Local bus travel was comfortable,guides properly explained everything and guides well,food during daytrips we r e well taken care. Throughout trip pickyour Trail team was in constant touch for any help,updating about next day event where to go and all ,helping with google maps and supported and guided for good restaurants.
