Pickyourtrail was the best choice for our first trip outside the country, couldn't have asked for a smoother and wonderful experience. Special upfront mention to Suresh, who was our guide and companion throughout the trip. His energy, patience and enthusiasm really made the trip special. No words can describe the beauty of Sri Lanka. It was the perfect mix of the best parts of nature. Right from Kandy upto Nuwara Eliya and Bentota and all the way back to Colombo airport, it was breathtaking and the rain was the perfect addition for our trip highlighting the stay locations perfectly. If there are two things that I felt weren't the best parts of the trip, they were the travel distance and cost of living in Sri Lanka. So maybe the itinerary planning can be better and a definitely important heads-up to be given on the cost of everything there. Therefore a package trip seemed like a blessing in disguise. On a rating level, 2 of the three stays were amazing and the third in Bentota passes just due to its sheer beauty. Service can be a bit better there. Vegetarian Food was a challenge but we managed to make the best of the trip and mode of transport was a Hybrid EV which was perfect. So overall a wonderful experience with a little better planning and trip and have already recommended to a couple of friends.

Pickyourtrail was the best choice for our first trip outside the country, couldn't have asked for a smoother and wonderful experience. Our Sri Lanka trip with PickYourTrail was honestly one of the most beautiful and memorable travel experiences weve ever had! We thoroughly enjoyed our Sri Lanka trip with Pickyourtrail. Travelling abroad with the entire family can sometimes be tiring, especially for senior citizens, but everything was arranged very thoughtfully. Our guide was particularly caring. He would tell us in advance if a sightseeing place required a difficult climb and would suggest something else for us to see while the younger members of the family went ahead. This allowed us to enjoy the holiday at our own pace without feeling that we were missing out. We are all vegetarians, and he was always helpful in finding suitable restaurants and Indian food for us. This was something we were initially concerned about, but it was handled very well. The vehicle provided was spacious and comfortable, and both the driver and helper were very polite and helpful. The hotel arrangements were also convenient, especially having our family rooms close together. We came back with very happy memories. Thank you Pickyourtrail and the team in Sri Lanka for taking such good care of our family.

Went on a wonderful trip to Sri Lanka with Pick Your Trail, and the entire experience was very well coordinated. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I booked a trip to Sri Lanka with PickyourTrail for ten members of my family. This is the second trip that I have booked with PickyourTrail. They have done an excellent job right from creating the itinerary to ensuring that we have the right vehicle, you know, giving us details of the hotel, following up every single day during the trip, arranging cakes for two special occasions and finally extending bus timings during the drop-off as well. We had an excellent trip to Sri Lanka organised by Pickyourtrail.We covered Kandy,Nuwara Eliya & Galle with a short halt at Colombo.The trip was well coordinated and we also had a vehicle & driver arranged. I had a great experience planning my Sri Lanka trip with PickYourTrail. The itinerary was well organized, the hotels matched what was promised, and all transfers were smooth. The app was easy to use, and having all the vouchers and travel details in one place made the trip stress-free. What stood out the most was their customer support. They were responsive whenever I had questions before the trip and were flexible in helping customize parts of my itinerary. Everything went largely as planned, which made traveling solo much more comfortable. A couple of small improvements could be providing final travel documents a little earlier and offering more proactive suggestions for local experiences, but these were minor and didnt affect the overall experience. Overall, Id happily recommend PickYourTrail to anyone looking for a hassle-free, well-planned international holiday. Looking forward to booking another trip with them in the future!

Had an amazing experience with PYT for our Sri Lanka trip. Right from planning to execution, everything was handled seamlessly. A big thanks to Kamali for putting together a well-balanced itinerary that perfectly covered all key places without feeling rushed. Ragul ensured a smooth pre-boarding experience, guiding us clearly through all the requirements and making the start of the trip completely stress-free. During the trip, Harikrishna was extremely responsive and supportive. It was reassuring to have someone available at all times for any queries or coordination, this really made a difference. The overall arrangements, driver, vehicle, travel flow, and experiences, were excellent. Everything was well-organized and executed professionally. The only area of improvement would be one of the hotel stays in Bentota, which didnt meet expectations. Apart from that, the entire trip was fantastic. Overall, a great experience with PYT. Would definitely recommend them for a hassle-free and well-managed vacation.
