It took numerous follow-ups from my side, and only after Mr. Ajit KS intervened did his team, led by Mr. Vignesh, act swiftly to confirm the bookings. Pre-trip experience: Before Mr. Ajit's involvement, I would rate the booking process 2/5, but after his intervention, it improved significantly to 4.5/5. On-trip experience: The trip was smooth and enjoyable, earning an overall 4/5. Most properties were good, the driver was supportive, and the car, though a bit old, was well-maintained. There was one property that was poorly maintained, with insect issues, but Pick Your Trail, particularly Mr. Dinesh, promptly helped arrange alternate accommodation at short notice. Had a good Sri Lanka vacation through Pickyourtrail. There were some initial hickups and delays on our arrival but it was handled quickly by the team and later the vacation went well. The hotels booked were very good and the local taxi drivers were helpful. Rahul from Pickyourtrail was constantly in touch and followed up with us regularly.
