Hey everyone. I had booked my Vietnam tour with them and am glad i did. One of the best part was the way each and everything was communicated to me which included the requirements from my side as well as what exactly i was looking for in the trip. As and when the trip was getting close i was getting timely reminders and my queries were being addressed. Their aap is also super smooth and one can get all the updates wrt payments and documentation there itself. The price quotation was also great as i did compare with other travel sites as well. All in all a thumbs to them and definitely recommend.

  3. 6n Hanoi, Sapa & Da Nang – From City Lights To Mountain Heights & Beach Days

Arriving in Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital famed for its centuries-old architecture and lively Old Quarter, this 6N Hanoi Sapa Da Nang from City Lights to Mountain Heights and Beach Days itinerary offers a diverse blend of city culture, mountain trekking, and coastal activities. Staying just 3.9 km from Hanoi’s center at the Hanoi Little Town Hotel, travelers can immerse themselves in markets like Đồng Xuân and historic temples such as Bach Ma. The journey then leads to Sa Pa’s rugged mountains and terraced valleys, before concluding in Da Nang, where cable cars and sandy beaches await. This trip balances energetic exploration with leisurely beach days, perfect for those craving variety in their Vietnam adventure.

Cultural Rhythms of Hanoi’s Old Quarter and Market Streets

Hanoi’s captivating Old Quarter, with narrow streets grouped by trade, pulses with daily life. Spending time here reveals Vietnam’s rich cultural layers woven through Southeast Asian, Chinese, and French influences. Staying at Hanoi Little Town Hotel, located 3.95 km from the city center but only steps from Hang Ma Street, means easy access to bustling markets and quaint shops without sacrificing quiet restful nights.

  • Walk 5 minutes to Đồng Xuân Market, a hive for street food and local goods.
  • Visit Bach Ma Temple, honoring a legendary horse, and catch glimpses of traditional Vietnamese spirituality.
  • Enjoy the hotel’s complimentary breakfast to start busy days of sightseeing.
  • Note that the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum will be closed if you visit between 4 September and 2 November, making alternative cultural visits essential.

Sa Pa’s Mountain Heights: Fansipan and Moana Scenic Escape

The highlands of Sa Pa offer a fresh contrast to Hanoi’s urban energy. With accommodation at the Golden Town Hotel, just 1.28 km from Sa Pa’s center, visitors are well-positioned to explore natural wonders and cultural heritage. The itinerary highlights Fansipan Peak, known as the "Roof of Indochina," reachable by a 20-minute cable car ride followed by a rewarding trek of 600 steps. This physically moderate hike offers powerful vistas and spiritual pagodas at 2800 meters altitude.

Another distinctive feature is the Moana Scenic Escape. This newer attraction is designed for young visitors seeking unique photography spots such as Bali Gate, Infinity Lake, and the Golden Hand sculpture. A panoramic café overlooking the Muong Hoa Valley and Fansipan Peak provides refreshing rest and excellent photo opportunities. Since Moana is an easy day trip (only 700 meters from the church), travelers can enjoy this highlight without strenuous effort.

Da Nang’s Coastal Adventure with Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge

Da Nang completes this itinerary by introducing sandy beaches and modern thrills. The highlight is the Ba Na Hills shared tour, which includes two cable car rides—the longest and most modern in Southeast Asia. Starting between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m., the tour visits the iconic Golden Bridge held by massive stone hands, French Village, and lively entertainment spots like Fantasy Park.

The tour also features a buffet lunch and visits to unique areas such as Linh Ung Pagoda and the Lava Train attraction. Guests return to their hotel around 5:00 p.m., making it a full yet manageable day. The Fivitel Da Nang hotel, sitting 2.6 km from the city center, offers amenities like a fitness center, sauna, and outdoor pool—ideal for relaxing after the day’s adventures.

Practical Travel Notes and Transport Logistics

Getting around this itinerary involves some shared tours and private transfers, especially in Da Nang and Sa Pa. The Hanoi Little Town Hotel provides a shuttle service for additional convenience, though some transport options come with surcharges, such as the airport shuttle.

  • Shared transfers in Da Nang’s Ba Na Hills tour require early pick-up between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
  • In Sa Pa, private transfers make reaching scenic spots like Moana and Fansipan efficient.
  • Be prepared for walking and light hiking; the Fansipan trek involves climbing 600 steps and requires reasonable fitness.
  • This trip does not include group tours in Hanoi, favoring private or small-group experiences.

A minor limitation is that the Hanoi Little Town Hotel stands nearly 4 km outside the city center, which might require taxis to reach main sights quickly, but the trade-off is a quieter stay away from the busiest streets.

How to Balance Adventure and Relaxation in 6N Hanoi Sapa Da Nang from City Lights to Mountain Heights and Beach Days

This itinerary is crafted to blend cultural immersion, physical activity, and leisure. Early mornings in Hanoi's historic streets lead to mountain hikes in Sapa and end with tranquil beach days in Da Nang. The pacing allows for both active sightseeing and downtime, such as enjoying the panoramic café at Moana View or unwinding by the pool at Fivitel Da Nang.

Careful planning ensures that no day feels rushed—though travelers should note the physical demands of Fansipan’s ascent and be prepared for early starts. The mixture of private and group tours lets guests enjoy company without feeling constrained by large groups.

Overall, this 6N Hanoi Sapa Da Nang from City Lights to Mountain Heights and Beach Days itinerary offers a rewarding balance rarely found in a single trip across Vietnam.

The 6N Hanoi Sapa Da Nang from City Lights to Mountain Heights and Beach Days itinerary presents a distinctive Vietnam travel experience, combining vibrant city life, mountain landscapes, and coastal leisure. From the cultural richness and market walks in Hanoi to conquering the Roof of Indochina at Fansipan Peak and enjoying modern attractions like the Golden Bridge and Fantasy Park, travelers encounter varied but complementary adventures. The scheduling, hotel choices, and mixture of private and shared tours provide a realistic, well-paced exploration. While the Hanoi hotel’s distance from downtown might require taxis, it offers a quiet base after busy days. This itinerary compellingly displays Vietnam’s diverse charms in just six nights, satisfying those seeking both activity and relaxation across urban, mountain, and beach settings.

Well-organized Vietnam tour with great service We had a wonderful experience on our Vietnam tour. Transportation, hotel arrangements, and overall coordination were excellent. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, making the trip smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. One suggestion for improvement , when we travelled from Hanoi to Da nag the flight time and hotel check in time has a gap of 5 hours. Next time please plan the flight and hotel check in time correctly. So your customer will not suffer during the trip. Apart from this, everything else was excellent. Thank you to the entire team for organizing such a memorable and enjoyable trip. I would be happy to recommend your services to others.

(4/5) We recently booked our Vietnam trip through PickYourTrail, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, airport transfers were seamless, and all the activities were well organized. Their support team was responsive whenever we needed assistance, making the trip smooth and stress-free. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hotel provided in Ho Chi Minh City didn't meet our expectations. Compared to the other hotels during our trip, it felt below the standard we were expecting and could definitely have been better. Apart from that, everything else was well managed, and we had an amazing time exploring Vietnam. I would happily recommend PickYourTrail to anyone looking for a well-planned international vacation and would consider booking with them again.

Hi, We had a wonderful experience on our Vietnam tour. The itinerary was well planned, covering all the major attractions without feeling rushed. Transportation, hotel arrangements, and overall coordination were excellent. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, making the trip smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. One suggestion for improvement where we stayed on the last day. The check-in experience could have been more welcoming, as the staff's attitude felt less courteous than at the other hotels. Additionally, the atmosphere in the hotel did not feel ideal for a family tour group. Choosing a more family-oriented hotel for future tours would further enhance the overall experience. Apart from this, everything else was excellent
