I had a very good experience in Dubai trip, which was planned with the help of venkatkrishna from pickyourtrail. Pickyourtrail had organised almost everything, including hotels, flights and activities.We never faced any issue or something like that, and it was a hassle free experience. Desert Safari A Mixed Experience While the desert safari had the potential to be memorable, our experience was unfortunately marred by the conduct of our assigned driver, Mr. Salman. His impatience and dismissive attitudeespecially when he insisted we skip the dinner and dropped us off at the roadside instead of the hotel lobbywere disappointing and unprofessional. We hope the tour partner addresses this to maintain the high standard of service otherwise evident throughout the trip. Post-Trip Follow-Up We greatly appreciate the proactive follow-up from the PYT team after our return. Their openness to feedback and commitment to continual improvement is commendable and speaks volumes about their client-centric approach.
