Whenever we had a question, their support team responded quickly and was always helpful. The PickYourTrail mobile app was another highlight. It provided clear visibility into our itinerary, travel documents, guides, and all the important trip details, making the entire journey stress-free and well organized. A special shout-out to Sanjay, Lavanya, and Hari for their exceptional support and professionalism. They made sure every part of our trip was well planned and were always available whenever we needed assistance. We did face one issue with a resort during our stay, but it was entirely the resorts fault and not PickYourTrails. Their team was responsive and supportive in helping us through the situation. The itinerary they created was simply perfect. It included a wonderful combination of a local island, a private island, beach villas, and overwater villas, giving us the best of everything the Maldives has to offer. Overall, I absolutely loved their service. A well-deserved 5/5 stars. I highly recommend PickYourTrail to anyone looking for a seamless and memorable vacation experience.
