My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. My coordinator was abinaya. She is very friendly and always available whenever we needed help. Without even asking, she pitched in sometimes and helped us. Also, i felt comparing to other travel agencies pick your trail is budget friendly. Looking forward having another trip in a year ahead!
