Booked Kashmir trip through Pick Your Trail for 5 nights and 6 days. All bookings including transportation and hotels were done through them. The experience was good. Mr Asif, the transport provider was very geniune and helpful. Ms Muntaha Shah was very supportive with all the troubleshoots and itinerary preparations. Overall a very nice experience.

We had an absolutely magical honeymoon stay at Sun Siyam Iru Veli Resort! The entire experience was flawless from start to finish, all thanks to the wonderful team at the resort and particularly Shakeeb, our incredible ambassador. Additionally, a huge shoutout to Pick Your Trail for curating such an amazing package and ensuring a hassle-free booking experience. Their support truly made our journey smooth and stress-free! Shakeeb greeted us with a warm welcome in true Sun Siyam style, and from that moment on, he made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. He took the time to explain every aspect of the resort to us, from activities and meal options to prices and schedules, giving us a high level of transparency and confidence in all our choices. He even made sure we were always on time for our activities and helped us with the transition from our beach villa to the water villa, ensuring we had a seamless experience. The entire staff was incredibly supportive and welcoming. They greeted us with genuine warmth every time we crossed paths, and as vegetarians from India, we truly appreciated how they made sure we always had plenty of delicious food options in the buffet. Housekeeping was fantastic as wellsuper quick and attentive. Whenever we felt like taking it easy, they were more than happy to give us a ride in their e-vehicles from one spot to another. Overall, Sun Siyam Iru Veli is hands down the best resort we have experienced for comfort, luxury, and a rich variety of activities. Its the perfect place for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Excellent service and support while on trip from Pick Your Trail team. You will not feel disconnected or confused regarding itinerary even for a minute while you are abroad because their team will be there to reply to your queries 24x7. Every pickup, every place of attraction they promised they delivered on time. Super prompt services. Highly recommended if you are visiting foreign places and dont want to take the headache of planning the trips yourselves. They plan everything right from airport pickup to airport drop. They also give you advice on which places to visit but will customise the trips accordingly to your need. Really happy that we have such a good service in India so that we can travel abroad hassle free

Very pleasantly behaved, responsive and professional staff. Guided my vacation planning and crafted a day to day itinerary with attention to detail. Ensured all arrangements were tied up and vouchers for various bookings were available online before I began my trip. 24X7 support was available as promised, which I had to use while travelling outside India. Any glitches and issues that arose, the PYT support staff ensured speedy resolution. There were a few issues to be resolved and refunds to be received from foreign vendors even after my trip ended but even for this PYT ensured full and proper closure. I would be happy to use their services again.
