This is an excellent review especially due to Niranjana who was a realtime assistance even in Dubai. I love the hotels that Pickyourtrail books for us, its always best and prime location. Sales team needs to work on planning flight timings and check-in timings better. However, Niranjana was really prompt and helped me with early check-in , late check-out. Thanks overall 10/10

I had a very good experience in Dubai trip, which was planned with the help of venkatkrishna from pickyourtrail. Pickyourtrail had organised almost everything, including hotels, flights and activities.We never faced any issue or something like that, and it was a hassle free experience. I liked the service of venkatkrishna, who was available to take calls even at 11 pm and While clearing the doubts about the trip, he never sounded exhausted and gave the best alternative solution. Desert Safari A Mixed Experience While the desert safari had the potential to be memorable, our experience was unfortunately marred by the conduct of our assigned driver, Mr. Salman. His impatience and dismissive attitudeespecially when he insisted we skip the dinner and dropped us off at the roadside instead of the hotel lobbywere disappointing and unprofessional. We hope the tour partner addresses this to maintain the high standard of service otherwise evident throughout the trip. Post-Trip Follow-Up We greatly appreciate the proactive follow-up from the PYT team after our return. Their openness to feedback and commitment to continual improvement is commendable and speaks volumes about their client-centric approach.
