Pura Puncak Mundi, Nusa Penida: A Serene and Spiritual Hilltop Haven

This location's surroundings are stunning, with many towering green trees. You can also meet wild monkeys, who dwell in various spots near the temple.

There are three temples in the area, notably Pura Beji, Pura Krangkeng, and Puncak Mundi Temple. Puncak Mundi Temple, on the other hand, is well-known for being one-of-a-kind. Padmasana has seams and four poles that are not the same shape as the buildings in general. The Padmasana at the temple is adorned with tendrils as a symbol of Shiva Buddha.

The temple, which is thought to have existed since 50 Saka, is located in the Dusun Rata district of Batukandik Village on the island of Nusa Penida. Because this temple is located at an elevation of around 521 masl, you must travel up and down the road to get there. Fortunately, the road there is paved, making it easy to travel. If you go from Nusa Penida's port, it takes about 60 minutes. Remember to pack thick clothing, as the atmosphere is extremely cold there.

The best time to visit the beautiful temple, Pura Puncak is during the annual festival but it will be crowded. Mornings will be a great time for visiting.

Puncak Mundi Temple is located on Mundi Hill in Klumpu Village, Nusa Penida. You can take a speed boat from Padangbai to Sampalan, Nusa Penida. Use public transportation, a bemo, or a motorcycle taxi to Puncak Mundi Temple from there. It takes approximately 30 minutes.

Diamond Beach

Diamond Beach is one of several top "cliff beaches" in Bali, Nusa Penida, with stunning white sand and a clear blue sea. The name was inspired by the jagged, diamond-shaped rocks on the shore. The popular feature is the overlook, where you may take pictures with a thatched nest and spectacular views.

You can also swing on a swing set tied to two palm trees while watching Nusa Penida's lovely waters. Both Atuh Beach and Thousand Island Viewpoint are close by. Before traveling to the beaches, you can witness the sunrise at Thousand Island Viewpoint.

Pura Dalem Ped

Pura Dalem Ped is a perplexing sanctuary located on the dry, limestone terrain of Nusa Penida Island. Travelers come to pay their respects and make offerings amid the sanctuary's odalan, the gift of building, around twilight time, while the canines in the range scream incessantly. The sanctuary is made of limestone, and its washed-out white coloring lends the range a scary feel and environment. Pura Dalem Ped is an amazing temple to visit in Bali.

Banah Cliffs of Nusa Penida 

The Banah Cliffs of Nusa Penida are the most spectacular coastline cliffs in Bali, rising majestically from the swirling sea. They are many meters high and hung in lush green vegetation, making for a spectacular spectacle from a pontoon. When you're at the top, they're substantially more forceful, with no barrier between you and the deep dip beneath. This place is one of the top Bali attractions.
