1. History of Sakenan Temple in Denpasar, Bali

Mpu Kuturan, the high priest, established one of the best temples in Bali, Sakenan Temple. He arrived in Bali in AD 1001, before the fall of the Majapahit Empire, on a mission to rebuild the Balinese communities' socio-religious components.
