Aquaventure is situated in the Atlantis The Palm, and it occupies more than 22 hectares of slides, lagoons, and beaches. It features some of the tallest and fastest rides in the world, with some of its rides such as the Odyssey of Terror, Poseidon's Revenge, and the famous Leap of Faith, which is a near-vertical slide that plunges you into a clear tunnel, which is surrounded by sharks.

But it is not everything about thrill rides. The Rapids River, which is a 1.6-kilometre lazy river, Splashers Kids Play Area, and a 200-metre private beach are also found in the park.
