The Ground Zero or the Bali Bombing Memorial or the Tugu Peringatan Bom Bali was built in the memory of the terror attack that took place in Kuta on October 12th, 2002 which is considered as the deadliest terror attack in history of Bali. About the Ground Zero Monument

There are 22 flagpoles arrayed near the stone that represent the 22 nationalities of people who lost their lives. There is a pool in front of the marble plaque. People come every year from different nations to commemorate the death of their beloved and pray for their souls.
