Since this was our daughter Siyaras first international trip and birthday vacation, we wanted everything to be perfectand thanks to this wonderful team, it really was. This was our very first internaltional trip. Pick Your Trail has made our trip to Singapore memorable. The support team is really good including Anju , Adithyan and others. I really liked their on ground support . They were constantly in touch to clear all our queires. Timely updates of each and upcoming events planned, pick ups , drop and the on ground team , everything was amazing. Ticket booking, visa processing and especially the support u get in the destination is great.

I had planned my Singapore trip with Pickyoutrail in June 2023. I and my husband visited Singapore along with our 1year old son for 4days. Right from the beginning from visa processing to payments to itinerary planning - all the team members were absolutely perfect in their job. Everything for the trip was pre planned and well organised including the Hotel stay and daily pick up and drop offs with exact timings and venue. Throughout the trip their team was in touch with us on a daily basis and was available to reach 24/7. The whole itinerary was planned beforehand according to our likes and convenience as to what places we wanna visit and what timings should be. We had absolutely no problem at all while on trip as we had a baby with us also. Their team in Singapore was also very co operative and helpful in every way !! It is my first international trip planned with Pickyourtrail and I must say that all the pre trip planning was done very systematically!!! Best decision I made for our family trip to Singapore was choosing 'Pick Your Trail' ! From the very initial phone call until the return, everything is very detailed and explained and they customise the trip to suit our needs. We travelled with a 4 year old child and my mother aged 65+ and had absolutely had no stress during the trip. We chose PYT for our honeymoon in Singapore. Thought there was no Singapore Honeymoon Special inclusion, the overall trip was really well organized. The 24*7 helpline was really helpful and the team helping with VISA processing etc was also really helpful. Will suggest to my friends and family. There surely is a scope to improve the mobile application. I am sure with my internal feedback, they will take care of it

First thing I wish to mention is that, *the pick your trail* stands true to their motto " hassle free holidays", it was a dream holiday of Singapore -Bali, for the whole family. From the day I contacted them ( month of feb) & downloaded the app, they were very helpful, first, Mr.Sanjay helped me almost for everything, right from the itinerary to give a good deal & gave a good help to make payments easily, he answered all my queries patiently & made many changes many times in itinerary & dates as I wanted.Thanks to him. Once the tour custodian Mr.Vincent Selva Kumar was assigned, I almost depended on him for everything, he was most helpful & patient with my queries & always(24 7) available & solved them immediately. The whole app*picks your trail* is made very meticulously & perfect. A big thumbs-up to the whole team. They do not leave you in the middle, but always there with you, even abroad! The Singapore stay & all the transfers were very easy & without any problem, the overseas team took very good care. Hotel Mercure Singapore was also very good with good food, they even arranged our early check-in also. All our flight reservations were proper with good options of Singapore airlines. Chitranshu* from the team gave very good guidance for Visa & all, he was very helpful & cooperative. Bali stay at Kuta at Cross vibe pasha* was very good, the hotel is at a very location & with good people, only a small issue, they did not include the child (11 years ) in the complimentary dinner, how come? We had to buy dinner for him that day. Our driver and guide Mr.Subandi "subu"was a very joyful person always there for you, always smiling & happy man! He was always with us and took very good care of us. Thanks to the local ground team also. In Ubud* while setting the itinerary a small point was missed, that is non inclusion of *Ulun danu* temple on the day when we were doing north Bali, as I had unnecessary included it as extra activity on another day & paid extra for it. The issue was promptly solved by the team & I am happy we did it on the day when we visited Handara gate, which is not worth it, as they charge you, even if you step down the coach & try to take out your mobiles! My suggestion is that, you include the iconic temple of *Ulun danu* in the itinerary henceforth. The stay at *Dhankha resort* was excellent. The villas are beautiful & the location is wonderful too! The complimentary dinner(child inclusive) & spa , everything was very good & appreciated. Subu always took us to nice places for lunch & was very friendly, we miss him a lot, I even miss Sanjay, Vincent, Chitranshu who were always there for me online. It was their grand efforts which made our dream holiday come true!! A big thumbs-up to all of them.
