Everything was organized properly, and we never had to worry about the logistics. During the trip, Kai from the ground team was exceptionally helpful. He was always there whenever we needed assistance and made sure everything on the ground went smoothly. His support genuinely made a difference to our experience. Hareesh also deserves a special mention for continuously checking in with us throughout the trip. It was great to know that someone from the team was always keeping track of our experience and making sure everything was going well. From the first call with Pick Your Trail to the final day of coordination, the entire experience was fantastic. The communication, planning, customization, coordination, and support were all excellent. One of the best part was the way each and everything was communicated to me which included the requirements from my side as well as what exactly i was looking for in the trip. As and when the trip was getting close i was getting timely reminders and my queries were being addressed.
