We had booked our trip to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand with them. They have provided a package, but we had customisations. It covered almost all the places we wanted to visit. 247 assistance was available. It was really helpful. They assisted throughout the trip as well as for the Singapore visa process. The hotels they booked are luxurious and perfect. Only breakfast was included which we liked because we love to explore food in own way. Highly recommend them for your trip planning, since they have multiple options and are open to customisations. The trip was not hectic at all and we had our own space to explore each of the countries. The app, support chat, and other assistance were top class, which gives a premium feel and ease of understanding the trip. Special mention to Sharon with the trip planning, Sanjay with visa process, Ganga with last minute voucher changes. The glo world team and Larc team in Singapore and Thailand did a wonderful job. THANKYOU FOR THE AMAZING TRIP.

We had a hassle free and smooth experience throughout the journey. There were some bitter experiences with the ground team in Thailand but pick your trail available round the clock to address the concerns immediately. The chat support is live support and gets immediate response & solution. The very initial phase Travel "planner" doesn't have sound knowledge to design the perfect itinerary. We had to change it multiple times by going through the web information. After we ask, they check with the ground team in Thailand and redesign the itinerary which is really a painful process as a customer. There are few hiccups here and there which we can experience from any travel partners. To standout from others, pick your trail should provide end to end exceptional service to their customers. We definitely consider pick your trails as our travel partner in future. I hope things will get better over the years and experience.
