We booked our all-girls Thailand trip with Pick Your Trail and planned it with their associate (Ashirwad). We immediately contacted their support team and Ashirwaad. While the support team didnt provided us with satisfactory resolution initially, Ashirwaad stepped forward and assured us he would resolve the hotel issue and we were moved to another hotel the very next day. The new hotel was wonderful and perfectly aligned with our expectations. From that point onward, everything went smoothly. We had a fantastic time and soon forgot about the incident. It was our first international trip as friends in 18 years, so it was important for us to make the most of it. We had our recent family vacation to Thailand planned through pickyourtrail 2 months back & must say the entire experience from planning the itinerary, customising as per our needs & the actual experience was truly amazing. Since we had our 2 year old daughter travelling the entire itinerary was designed accordingly. We really appreciate trip planner Suchis efforts in curating a customized itinerary. Our Thailand trip organised by PYT was good. Time given for the activities was just right. Need to improve on providing complete details with the customers on all the activities in a given event or a place.
