I recently booked my Phuket, Thailand trip with Pickyourtrail, and overall, it was a great experience. The itinerary was well-planned, and all the services were delivered as committed. The team ensured smooth coordination, making the trip hassle-free and enjoyable. From accommodation to transfers and sightseeing, everything was well-organized, allowing us to focus on exploring and relaxing. However, there were some initial hiccups in clarifying the inclusions and exclusions of services with the sales team. A bit more transparency and streamlined communication in the early stages would have made the booking process smoother. Despite that, the execution was flawless, and the on-ground experience met my expectations. The support team was responsive, ensuring any concerns were addressed promptly.
