Right from directions to prominent locations, popukar restaurants,etc. The app is very friendly to use and gives you great deal of choice on how you want your vacation planned. The customer support was excellent. Itinerary was very good.I had too issues however:1) 3 hotels were located very far from main station and were inconvenient, especially the one at Zurich because of which we didn't do anything in Zurich. Highly recommended.Glacier express experience was quite similar to a regular train in that area (minus dinner on train), but same view and much more cheaper.Lucerne trip was a repetition for someone like us who have stayed in Europe. It was like any normal European city with markets.

The customer support was excellent. Itinerary was very good.I had too issues however:1) 3 hotels were located very far from main station and were inconvenient, especially the one at Zurich because of which we didn't do anything in Zurich. We recently chose PYT for our first Europe trip ever and it has been nothing but amazing. From the very beginning till very end the journey has been very smooth. Our trip planner Jaya Krishna was helpful throughout the process. From advising us what to keep and what to be improvised in the itinerary to hotel selections and other things.
