SEA Aquarium Sentosa – Come and Swim with the Sharks

Sentosa translates as “peace and tranquility” in Malay which is truly justifiable as this Island is your best getaway from the Main city which has a lot to offer if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. It’s got the calm Palawan Beach, Tanjong Beach, and most importantly the SEA Aquarium. Who does not feel stress-free and composed while watching the Fishes? When in Sentosa Island, S.E.A Aquarium is a must-see.

The S.E.A Aquarium has about 50 habitats housing 100,000 marine animals with a wide range of divergent species. Unique and endangered aquatic animals like Hammerhead Sharks, Giant Moray Eel, Reef Manta-Ray, Groupers, and Giant Crabs are hosted here. This place appeals to both Children and Adults alike. This aquarium has been divided into two different parts focusing individually on single habitat and its creatures. The most visited among all is The Shark Room as it consists of some of the endangered species which aren’t available in many parts of the world. The young ones can crawl under a dome to get an up and personal view of the deep. This is the world’s 2nd largest aquarium. There are multiple educational tours that take place here as this place contains a wealth of knowledge and also has interactive displays for better understanding.
