My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. It gave us the flexibility of doing what we want and at the same time had somebody to fall back on in case things didn't go as planned. We recently completed a 7-day trip booked for thailand through PickYourTrail, and overall it was a great experience. The itinerary was well planned, hotels were comfortable, and airport transfers were smooth. Their support team was responsive whenever we had questions. The trip was mostly hassle-free and enjoyable. A few activities felt a little rushed, but overall everything was managed professionally. I would definitely recommend PickYourTrail for a well-organized and stress-free vacation.
