My wife and I wanted to go on a trip to Austria and Switzerland and didn't want to do the conventional package tour. We had our trip customized with Pickyourtrail and did a 2 week trip covering Austria, Switzerland and Italy. It was very well planned with great back-end support throughout our trip. Id like to share my experience with PickYourTrail. Overall, it was a good experiencethough with a little more planning on my part, it could have been great. I dont fault the team, as I booked the trip on very short notice and should have done some additional research myself. That said, the teams support and assistance were excellent throughout. A special thanks to Rishika, my first point of contact, who helped plan the trip, and to Adithyan, who provided 24/7 support while I was in Sri Lanka. My queries were addressed almost immediately, which made the journey smooth and stress-free. Great team, I would definitely recommend them for booking any travel plans!
