Tanzeel from sales was helpful initially and Karthik from co ordination team helped even more especially during the stay. Dubai trip July 2024: Very satisfied with service.. They helped me plan my itinerary in my budget.. Operations team were constantly in touch updating and reminding me about things I need before trip and on trip 24x7 support was spot on.. they have a dedicated team for assistance. Hotel was perfect and transfers were very smooth.. Cutting one star because the aquaventure park day pick up - drop timing was not proper to cover the whole park.. We had to do our own taxis to cover it both ways..
