I just have one complaint - during our Phi Phi island tour by Ferry, we were not told that they have booked an economy seat for us. Thus, we had to pay 1600 baht on the spot to upgrade our seat. Please be bit cautious on this as Pickyourtrail may hide few important details while booking the package. I will take one star off due to this. Otherwise it's highly recommended to book with them.

We booked our all-girls Thailand trip with Pick Your Trail and planned it with their associate (Ashirwad). We received excellent recommendations and they gave us the freedom to decide how we wanted to structure our days. The trip was going smoothly until we hit a snag: we found roaches in our four-star hotel when we arrived in Phuket. It didnt meet our expectations, especially given what we had paid for. We immediately contacted their support team and Ashirwaad. While the support team didnt provided us with satisfactory resolution initially, Ashirwaad stepped forward and assured us he would resolve the hotel issue and we were moved to another hotel the very next day. The new hotel was wonderful and perfectly aligned with our expectations. From that point onward, everything went smoothly. We had a fantastic time and soon forgot about the incident. It was our first international trip as friends in 18 years, so it was important for us to make the most of it. We really appreciate Ashirwaad and his team for turning things around and making this a memorable trip. We would definitely approach them again for their excellent services!
