It was an amazing experience with Pickyourtrail for our trip to Thailand. It was our first foreign trip and their team was continuously in our touch 24/7. They took the entire responsibility from our departure from delhi to our arrival. They were also very accommodating to make last minute changes to our itienary so that we have a good experience.will definetly recommend it if you want a hassle free trip.

I recently booked my Phuket, Thailand trip with Pickyourtrail, and overall, it was a great experience. The itinerary was well-planned, and all the services were delivered as committed. The team ensured smooth coordination, making the trip hassle-free and enjoyable. From accommodation to transfers and sightseeing, everything was well-organized, allowing us to focus on exploring and relaxing. However, there were some initial hiccups in clarifying the inclusions and exclusions of services with the sales team. A bit more transparency and streamlined communication in the early stages would have made the booking process smoother. Despite that, the execution was flawless, and the on-ground experience met my expectations. The support team was responsive, ensuring any concerns were addressed promptly. I would recommend Pickyourtrail for a well-curated travel experience and hope they continue to enhance their booking process for an even better customer journey.

Recently booked a trip to Thailand with them, had a fantastic time there. Everything was spot on, from pickups to drop offs to tour guides. Loved every bit of it. I just have one complaint - during our Phi Phi island tour by Ferry, we were not told that they have booked an economy seat for us. Thus, we had to pay 1600 baht on the spot to upgrade our seat. Please be bit cautious on this as Pickyourtrail may hide few important details while booking the package. I will take one star off due to this. Otherwise it's highly recommended to book with them.
