Trip to SA -The itinerary planning was sloppy from start. Couple of swapping of hotels without reasons being said. Due to the swap of hotel in Capetown, things were bit not in favour for tourists. The hotel had no parking and they had paid valet parking. And then the entry and exit of the hotel leads to a square inn with refugees staying there. No complaints on the refugees, but just that they stare at the tourists which we wouldnt feel secure.Miscalculation of driving timings while planning.A practical knowledge on the places will help them probably in planning.The place itself, activities over there, the hospitality by the locals and the support team from PYT were great. South Africa is a beautiful place indeed. Thanks to Sunil, Alex, Preetha and the other support members.

I for India, an Indian Event Management Company from UK Organised a trip for its patrons to South Africa in Dec 2019 for Christmas and New Year.The group had 42 members in total (12 families).The planning started as early as Feb 2019 for the holiday in Dec 2019.Before finalising on Pick Your Trail (PYT), we obtained competitive quotes from various vendors and finally finalised it with PYT based on the professional approach they exhibited, attention to detail and of course competitive pricing.Since Feb 2019 to Dec 2019 we had a very pleasant journey with PYT – especially Sanjay in planning the itinery, hotel, sight seeing, food choices and Sanjay was able to cater to all our requirements. We had regular conference calls at various stages to make sure all the things were addressed.PYT helped us in choosing the right partners based on our requirements and made the holiday an excellent experience.We are a large Indian community in UK and would definitely recommend PYT to our wider circles and patrons.We are also planning our Dec 2020 group holiday with them.

We travelled to south Africa through these guys ...they were awesome from the starting answering all our queries patiently as well as handling the ticketing the visa process well on time .....our trip was like something out of a movie or a book ....it was the most amazing experience of my life .......there was no glitch in the trip and everything was perfect .......full Marks to pick your trail ....looking forward to our next trip :)

Wonderful experience! A very pro active team both before and during the tour. We got in touch with PYT to plan our honeymoon trip to South Africa. They were very pro active in planning out an itinerary which fits our budget and also made prompt changes as we suggested. Their support during the trip is also commendable, someone is always in touch to answer last minute queries eg identifying indian restaurants around your hotel etc.

We had an amazing trip to Bali, all thanks to Nabeel! Nabeel planned our Bali trip exactly the way we imagined it! The itinerary was spot-on and matched our interests perfectly. Had an amazing experience with PickYourTrail for our honeymoon trip to Bali (7 nights / 8 days). The itinerary was beautifully planned, covering all the must-visit spots with perfect pacing. Our cab driver/guide was extremely professional, polite, and punctual. The vehicle provided was super clean, well-maintained, and always had a pleasant fragrance made our journeys even more comfortable. Though we missed visiting Tanah Lot due to time constraints, everything else was absolutely perfect, so pls check once if enough time is there to reach from one activity to other. The package might feel slightly expensive, but its completely worth it for the smooth service and support they offer. Tip for fellow Indian travelers: Carry some ready-to-eat meals, as Indian food options are limited and local food may not suit everyone's palate.
