One of the best part was the way each and everything was communicated to me which included the requirements from my side as well as what exactly i was looking for in the trip. As and when the trip was getting close i was getting timely reminders and my queries were being addressed. Their aap is also super smooth and one can get all the updates wrt payments and documentation there itself. The price quotation was also great as i did compare with other travel sites as well. All in all a thumbs to them and definitely recommend.

One suggestion for improvement , when we travelled from Hanoi to Da nag the flight time and hotel check in time has a gap of 5 hours. Next time please plan the flight and hotel check in time correctly. So your customer will not suffer during the trip. Apart from this, everything else was excellent. Well-organized Vietnam tour with great service We had a wonderful experience on our Vietnam tour. Transportation, hotel arrangements, and overall coordination were excellent.
