Boat: The Tagbilaran City Tourist Pier handles more than 4,000 travelers on a daily basis. Nine daily ship calls from Cebu City are processed efficiently, with other ships from Manila, Cagayan de Oro City, Dumaguete, Dipolog, Iligan City, Larena, Plaridel and Ozamiz City also welcomed on a regular basis. Bus: There are various small bus terminals scattered around town. Long distance busses are in Dao terminal, quite far from downtown. Small express busses can take you from downtown to Dao bus terminal for P8. From Dao there are busses to Loboc, Loboc Tarsier foundation, Carmen, Chocolate Hills, Tubigon and other places of interest in Bohol.

Taxi: There are very limited taxis in downtown, most are found at Tagbilaran pier and airport. You can hire a taxi for a full day for under $35. Airport: You can fly with Cebu Pacific or Philippine Airlines from Manila or take a boat from Cebu City directly to Tagbilaran.
