Very good experience with PYT. I wasnt sure of the destination when I first contacted PYT but they helped me by guiding to the right place, we're very patient in answering my doubts. They did good planning, well executed, nice hotels arranged and there was constant check on us everyday if we are doing good. We had one of the best times of our life when we travelled to Bhutan. Had one of my most memorable trips organized by Pickyourtrail. Right from the first contact through booking and coordination till the end of trip it was seamless and well thought through. They are not just a tour organizer but a holistic experience provider. My Bhutan trip just showed me the potential of technology in tourism and how savvy these guys are when it comes to building the best app,leveraging best available tools to keep in contact with the base camp right through. We recently booked a customized Family Trip to Bhutan through PickYourTrail. Right from the itinerary customization till the booking of the trip the process was easy and simple. The Local guide in Bhutan was very polite and kind. Since we traveled with the kids we had to spend little extra time in all the places but the local guide never urged us at any point. This was my second trip with Pick Ur Trail and as usual it was very well organized. This time it was Bhutan. I had certain choices and pick your trail helped customize it to my liking and comfort. The local travel partner was a good selection. Hotels booked for us were pretty decent..probably the Continental Plan (CP) could be renegotiated with hotels and could be better ( breakfast spread wasn't great). Everything was pre-booked so we had a comfortable trip. OVERALL I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PICK YOUR TRAIL.

I recently took Bhutan trip with them and they were excellent. I usually prefer taking trips on my own but Pickyourtrail is definitely recommended for travelling as per your choice and interests. I would definitely book with them time and again.

When we decided to go to Bhutan we had many options in terms of travel agent. Having travelled alot I was tired of the usual names and decided to try something new. Pick your trail - we picked and what a great decision it was! The follow up and the iteniary planned by them was flawless. We got a great local tour guide, very good hotels, excellent Indian food and comfy travel! Majorly impressed ! This trip was special because it was us daughters gift to my mother for her 60th bday and I thank pick your trail from the bottom of my heart for delivering excellence. Other tour operators need to take a page out of their book on customer service! Pls keep it up and DO NOT CHANGE! Looking forward to our Iceland trip with them now in May!
