Had a 10 day trip to Australia. 1. During the entire trip, the support (particularly Gaurav from Customer Experience) was always just a ping away. They resolved every query within a few minutes and I never felt left out or stranded during the entire trip. 2. All my questions before the trip was answered and the team was proactively calling me up to know if i have any questions about the activities or the plan in general. 3. The hotels booked were in perfect locations and had access to public transport and food. Everything was at walkable distance and made my spontaneous planning a breeze. 4. The Cairns river tubing provider was AWESOME and gave us a real good experience. Overall, pickyourtrail is my pick for any trip :)

I recently planned my Bali trip with Pickyourtrail, and overall it was a smooth and hassle-free experience. From bookings, visa assistance, and itineraries to on-ground coordination, everything was handled very well. The stays were a mixed experience the first villa was visually beautiful but had some service and food-related gaps, and its distance from key locations added to travel time. However, the stay at Merusaka was excellent and truly a 5-star experience. There were also a few minor gaps with itinerary execution on-ground, but these were addressed by the team. Overall, despite a few small hiccups, I had a great experience and would recommend Pickyourtrail for a well-planned vacation.
