It took numerous follow-ups from my side, and only after Mr. Ajit KS intervened did his team, led by Mr. Vignesh, act swiftly to confirm the bookings. Pre-trip experience: Before Mr. Ajit's involvement, I would rate the booking process 2/5, but after his intervention, it improved significantly to 4.5/5. On-trip experience: The trip was smooth and enjoyable, earning an overall 4/5. Most properties were good, the driver was supportive, and the car, though a bit old, was well-maintained. There was one property that was poorly maintained, with insect issues, but Pick Your Trail, particularly Mr. Dinesh, promptly helped arrange alternate accommodation at short notice. Had a good Sri Lanka vacation through Pickyourtrail. There were some initial hickups and delays on our arrival but it was handled quickly by the team and later the vacation went well. The hotels booked were very good and the local taxi drivers were helpful. Rahul from Pickyourtrail was constantly in touch and followed up with us regularly. Very good trip arranged by PYT. Again, absolutely seamless, we never had to worry about anything. Total hands free experience. PYT is my go to company for curating my trip exactly as I need. Sri Lanka was a fabulous experience! We never had to think of where to go. Our driver cum tour guide was a knowledgeable man and took us to some really beautiful places. Thank u PYT ??

We went on 8 day family trip to Sri Lanka with PYT, our first time with them. The service provided was excellent, right from the planning of the tour itinerary to the hotel bookings and transits in between. A big thanks to my tour coordinators harini, sukanya, shreya, rushabh and vignesh. Looking forward to many more hassle free holidays with PYT.
