App support is exceptional and were responding to all queries instantly. What truly impressed me was their responsiveness to last-minute adjustments and ability to handle a large group without missing a beat. This trip exceeded all our expectations, leaving us with unforgettable memories. It's been a week since we are back from the trip and still reminiscing about the good times we had. Chat Interface (Freshworks) platform can be a bit more polished but it works for now.

This aspect added to the adventure but might be challenging for families looking for a more relaxed pace over a short 6-7 day tour. Our 7-year-old was a trooper throughout, which significantly enhanced our enjoyment of the trip. Families traveling with younger children should be prepared for the physical demands of the itinerary. Overall, we highly recommend Pick Your Trail (PYT) for their expert suggestions and prompt responses, which made our journey hassle-free.
