I recently took my Singapore trip with Pickyourtrail. Abdul had assisted me to craft a well planned itenary. I asked him multiple times to change certain places or timings comfortable for me, he did it without any hesitation. Thanks to Pickyourtrail who enabled us to have a wonderful family trip to Singapore. Customising the itinerary, help in the flight booking, support given by the local team in Singapore are some of key points which are appreciable. Hotel accommodation is excellent but could have managed better in terms of proper communication about the complimentary breakfast and check in date/time. Otherwise it was awesome

4.5/5 stars! Amazing experience with Sri Gayathri (POC) - excellent communication & guidance. Smooth itinerary & payment process. However, flight personalization had issues, resolved after 2am wait. Divya Darshini was cooperative. One suggestion: improve communication on transit visa requirements. We missed exploring Singapore airport & city due to lack of information (needs 48hr prior application). Traveling with senior citizens, we wasted 7 hours inside the airport. Beautiful Bali trip otherwise! Recommendation: Enhance pre-trip guidance on visa requirements & international card transaction etc.

I booked a trip with my family and older parents with pick your trail covering Singapore and Malaysia. Overall the experience was great . The team communicated very well during the entire process . They also helped my parents with the Singapore visa as well . The WhatsApp group during Singapore visit was very helpful to get support during the trip. The only thing I wish they shared the tickets for the attraction and driver details before the trip. For example when we reached Malaysia the team had not yet shared the driver details and the driver was late. However, the team was helpful to get back quickly when I reached to them via WhatsApp. I would recommend them and look forward to a future trip with them.
