Thanks to Pickyourtrail who enabled us to have a wonderful family trip to Singapore. Customising the itinerary, help in the flight booking, support given by the local team in Singapore are some of key points which are appreciable. Hotel accommodation is excellent but could have managed better in terms of proper communication about the complimentary breakfast and check in date/time. Otherwise it was awesome

4.5/5 stars! Amazing experience with Sri Gayathri (POC) - excellent communication & guidance. Smooth itinerary & payment process. However, flight personalization had issues, resolved after 2am wait. Divya Darshini was cooperative. One suggestion: improve communication on transit visa requirements. We missed exploring Singapore airport & city due to lack of information (needs 48hr prior application). Traveling with senior citizens, we wasted 7 hours inside the airport. Beautiful Bali trip otherwise! Recommendation: Enhance pre-trip guidance on visa requirements & international card transaction etc.

So, without a second thought I reached out to her again for my next trip to Singapore, Malaysia and Bali and on a serious note it was one of our most amazing and memorable trip so far. From day 1 till the day we headed back to india pyt was on constant touch with us and Sagarika is the one who guided us in every step whether it was hotel recommendations or the day wise itinerary. Pros : - Whole management and stays were perfect - drivers were cooperatives and on time. - Water sports including parasailing and banana boat were truly amazing - instructions before trip were clear and to the point Cons : - Returning flights via scoot was not comfortable, rest experience with Singapore airlines was good. - less options of food for vegetarian people.

We chose pickyourtrial for our singapore n malaysia trip. We had a very good experience overall starting from the discussion with the sales person in planning the itenary, followed by visa processing and tour briefing few days before the starting of the tour and then with the live support using WhatsApp group chat to coordinate well across the complete duration of the tour from airport pickup to drop back at the airport plus the schedule for the day communicated in the previous evening, etc

Had a wonderful experience for the Singapore trip. The Best trip. The way PYT coordinated at every step is commendable. There were no hiccups in my entire journey. They also provide complementary stuffs on your ongoing trip. WhatsApp group gets created when you are about to start tour trip. They reply in less than 2 mins in case you are stuck somewhere.
