Etihad Museum Dubai

The Etihad Museum was opened in 2016 on the occasion of the 45th National Day of the UAE. It is adjacent to the Union House, where the UAE Constitution was signed on the 2 nd of December 1971.

The museum covers an area of 25,000 square meters, and it has interactive pavilions, multimedia exhibitions, and rare photographs that help the visitor get a personal glimpse of how the Emirates came together to become one nation. The Moriyama and Teshima Architects designed the architecture, which displays the ethos of unity and national pride, and its smooth design is similar to a manuscript; its seven leaning columns symbolise the pens with which the founding fathers were writing.
