Night stay is not allowed at Barren Island, hence one can plan an early morning trip to the island which starts at 3 or 4 a.m. Tourists generally travel through ships and get the whole enthralling feeling of the island. From Have-lock Island, it takes about 4 to 5 hours to reach Barren Island. One gets to see the captivating view of the Island and the active volcano from the ferry.
