As the world tumbles toward the serial hunting and capturing of Pokemon – thanks to Pokemon Go, people all over the world have been spotting pokemons in the most unlikely of places. Unlikely. Or so we thought. Lookout for these places on your next travel spree!
Or, you know, just plan your vacation accordingly with us. Yes, there’s no distance too far to journey for a pokemon. It’s true! We stand by it.
The Opera House in Sydney, Australia is apparently a gym. For the uninformed ones, gyms are places where the Pokemons are trained. So far the pokemons Psyduck and Magikarp seem to make frequent appearances here!
The Zubats pokemon were reported as seen flying around ancient Roman sculptures, encyclopaedic collections and antique weaponry from around the world.
Another Pokemon gym is the Big Ben in London. Allegedly most historic buildings and their surroundings are said to be Poke Stops – places where you can recharge and purchase for your pokemons. Pidgeotto seems to, often, make an appearance near the Big Ben.
The Central Park is filled with Pokemon Gyms and the Pidgeotto pokemon seems to make an appearance here.
Another gym, it is common to see other people sitting on the steps, training their pokemon.
Rome is, itself, said to be crawling with Pokemons like Pikachu, Squirtle and Oddish. The Colosseum, in specific, is filled with Espeon, Umbreon and Makuhita to name a few.
The adorable Eevee is said to appear here.
Now a pokemon breeding ground, from the Bugs Land to the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad – Disneyland is crawling with Pokemons. Additional tip – the Sleeping Beauty Castle is now a top tier gym!
