Excellent experience wanted to drop a quick note. The Phuket trip was amazing! Hotels, transfers, and the itinerary you planned were spot on. Everything went smoothly with no hassles.Just a suggestion please give more options to choose for sightseeing.As we missed Elephant and Tiger safari . Jeniffer who was my point of contact was always helpful in getting the quarry addressed . Overall, I had a great trip with PickYourTrail. The sales team was very supportive, especially Burhan, who was extremely helpful throughout the planning process. Chitranshu from the visa team was very informative, responsive, and made the entire visa process smooth. However, the post-sales support and coordination with local tour operators need improvement. Due to a lack of coordination with the local team, I ended up missing one of my day excursions, which was disappointing. Despite this, the trip was well planned and enjoyable overall.

Everything was smooth especially their 24X7 support. Still I found out the discrepency b/w what is mentioned on App vouchers vs What has been told to us by the team. (We had told that Airport transfers would be private but they end up providing us the sharing transfers) It should have communicated to us beforehand.

Put team was very helpful in curating the itinerary. Thanks to Madans patience throughout in the changes made. Pickups and drops were perfectly managed. One day bus tours helped to cover must see places one 2 days. Hotel breakfasts were a challenge. Marin, Scarlet were super good guides! Thank you for the safe & wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful experience with my first international trip which was Balu. Since its my first time visit, I has relatively very low to no experience & PickmyTrail guided me each step. They answered numerous questions that I was holding & supported me throughout my journey. Solo travel is fun but its safe when you are guided in right way throughout the trip. Thank you guys!
