Seniman is open from from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. You can visit the place any time of the day and have freshly brewed coffee and other delicacies. The place usually gets busier by noon, so you'll see crowds until 3 p.m. Prefer evenings to savor bakery items.
