From the beginning, the options presented to us seemed like the standard sightseeing activities, and once we arrived at the destination, we realized that there were other unique experiences we missed out on. As one of the leading travel companies, I expected a more tailored approach that would consider the diverse preferences and needs of travelers. Additionally, the accommodations provided could have been of a higher standard, given your companys reputation. A bit more attention to the quality of the stays would have certainly enhanced our overall experience. I hope this feedback helps in improving future trips for other travelers.
