1. Parc Güell

Antoni Gaudí’s Parc Güell was supposed to be a housing arena for the rich, but the plan was dropped due to unsuited building conditions. However, Gaudi wanted to make the best of this park, thus came to picture, the gorgeous Guell Park which was constructed in a way similar to the gardens Gaudi had seen in England. Once here, you can check out the colorful mosaic stone bench. The Sala Hipóstila is another architectural wonder you should make a note of when you are at Parc Güell. What used to be a market hub, is now home to stone columns and other mosaic works.

2. Boqueria Market

The Boqueria Market holds the credit for being Barcelona’s first local market. Opened in the year 1840, the market used to be filled with meat selling vendors. But later, the whole market got transformed into a commodity Hubspot where you get to purchase fruit juices, wines, fish, meat produce and famous Spanish specialities like manchego cheese, jamón ibérico and salted cod. 3. Las Ramblas

The Las Ramblas is a famous pedestrian-friendly street which is buzzing with local artworks being sold by artists, street performers and pedestrians taking strolls. You can either suit yourself in one of the open-air cafes or gawk at the souvenir stands. The views during sunsets will be amazing and during the night time, make it a point to party in any of the night-clubs in the Las Ramblas arena.

4. Camp Nou

7. The Gran Teatre del Liceu
