Things to do in Nusa Penida

One of the several "cliff beaches" on Nusa Penida is Diamond Beach, which features eye-catching white sand and a blue sea. The sharp, diamond-shaped rocks on the beach inspired the name of the place. The overlook, where you can take pictures with a thatched nest and breathtaking vistas, is what makes it so well-known.

You can also swing on a swing set attached to two palm trees while admiring the beautiful waters of Nusa Penida. Atuh Beach and Thousand Island Viewpoint are both nearby. You can see the sunrise at Thousand Island Viewpoint before going to the beaches.

Atuh Beach is a tranquil beach bordered by huge rocks that is excellent for relaxing. There are numerous unique rock formations and stunning views on this beach. Swimming is wonderful on the white sand beach and among the shimmering ocean waves. 
 

There are numerous sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach where you can sunbathe. There are a few small shops on the beach where you can buy nasi goreng, coconut water, and other goodies. A spectacular view awaits at the top of the stairs, and the ideal pastime at this location is to watch the sunrise; Diamond Beach can be seen on the opposite side.

The term "Kelingking" is a play on the word "pinkie," which refers to our little finger. This magnificent site is hidden by limestone cliffs and a beautiful blue sea.

One of Nusa Penida's popular attractions is the Thousand Islands viewpoint, which offers breathtaking panoramic vistas. It is a collection of vantage views, each with a beautiful scene. The famed Rumah Pohon Tree House is also located nearby. You must ascend a series of staircases to access the treehouse and viewpoint. While the second viewpoint is past the Rumah Pohon Treehouse, the first viewpoint has remained off-limits to tourists.

Snorkeling locations around the island are abundant in coral and other marine life because of the strong currents and warm, nutrient-rich waters that flow through the area. Manta Bay, Gamat Bay, Toyapakeh Wall Point, and Crystal Beach are a few of the well-known locations. Snorkeling is one of the best things to do in Nusa Penida with family.

There is no better way to enjoy the sunset than with a wonderful drink and some exquisite food by the side. The archway enclosing the bay, where water enters and exits the ocean, gave this exquisite beach its name, Pasih Uug, or Broken Beach. A stunning cove called Broken Beach is surrounded by luxuriant green foliage. It's a terrific location to relax and unwind while sitting down. The beach has white sand, but the silvery ocean is more captivating, and you can do many beach activities here.

Goa Giri Putri Temple is a revered Hindu temple in the Balinese town of Karangsari. This pristine temple's location beneath a limestone cave gives it a certain quality that enhances its architectural beauty. A narrow staircase leads to the cave.
To enter this location, you must rent a sarong, which is widely available. Make sure not to tease the cheeky monkeys here; this place is full of them. This temple is cherished by everyone, and many pilgrims come here each day to pray and seek blessings.

In the middle of Nusa Penida, on Bukit Teletubbies, is a hill that provides views of the whole island. These gently rolling hills were given their name because they resemble the scenery from the Teletubbies television show. The best thing to do in Nusa Penida for hikers is to traverse the hills from various viewpoints, and in the valleys between, they can see food fields and palm trees. The slopes also provide views of Mount Rinjani and Lombok islands, which are close by.

On Nusa Penida Island, Peguyangan Waterfall is positioned atop a cliff. The people revere this waterfall, which bubbles with cold water. At the base of the cliff, there are plunge pools. The view from the falls is breathtaking, particularly around sunset. To get to the waterfall, you must climb a few difficult stairs.
This waterfall is next to a temple that is frequented by many people who come to worship and seek blessings.

On Nusa Penida Island, there is a gorgeously made treehouse called Rumah Pohon. This treehouse has gained popularity over the past few years, and plenty of people come here to take pictures and enjoy its beauty. The treehouse's superb architecture is accentuated by the lush woods that surround it.

Banah Cliff is made up of two vantage points that offer breathtaking and captivating views of the deep blue ocean and the massive, distinct cliffs there that are draped in greenery. When the sun is setting and the island is at its most beautiful, this location is ideal for a visit with family and friends.

Due to the large number of manta rays that live beneath the surface, Manta Bay is a well-known location on Nusa Penida Island. You can go scuba diving to see these amazing fish as well as other vibrant fish and corals. Divers will love Manta Bay because of its abundance of underwater life.

A lovely, tranquil cove with a 200-meter sandy strip, Crystal Bay Beach is the ideal addition to your Nusa Penida vacation for sunset views. The tropical beach, which is reachable via speedboats from Bali, is bordered by palm trees, coral reefs, vibrant fish, and a rough offshore islet.
