Bali With Family – A Bonding Session in Indonesia

I am a working professional in an urban city. Working around the clock had started getting to me, so I decided to go on a holiday with my family. I started the search for the perfect destination and a travel company to help me during my travels. During my search, I came across Pickyourtrail’s Malaysia and Bali travel blogs. I was contacted by one of PickYourTrail’s professionals soon after that! The conversation was pleasant, and the professional was very informative. It's best choice if you are planning for Bali holiday packages.

Coming back to my travel - while I had initially planned to visit both - Bali and Malaysia, I cut my trip short because of time constraints. So, the final plan was to visit Bali alone. However, PYT ensured this didn’t take anything away from my magical journey. We finalized our itineraries soon with a very reasonable budget. We highly recommend that you check out their cheapest Bali tour packages for an amazing vacation.

My family consists of four members - me, my wife, and our two daughters. Needless to say, all of us were excited about our upcoming trip abroad. As we love both nature and culture, we picked Nusa Dua and Ubud for our travel itinerary. The seven-day itinerary we had opted for provided us with the perfect combination of adventure, culture, and sightseeing. Our accommodations were excellent, too, with their hospitality and family-friendly vibes.

On the first day of our trip, we engaged in water sports. My kids enjoyed themselves a lot during these activities. We tried out parasailing, sea walking, and banana boat rides. We were provided with ample safety equipment like jackets, goggles, and helmets to ensure safety. The guides were professional and paid attention to prevent any mishaps. It was a great, energy-filled start to our adventure.

After such a high-tempo start, we were all in the mood for some mellow yet engaging sightseeing. Our itinerary was crafted accordingly, and we visited the Gitgit waterfall next. The grand waterfall, with clear waters gushing down the tall rocks, was a beautiful sight to take in. After that, we visited the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple. This was an excellent place to experience Balinese culture. The temple had intricate architecture and an age-old heritage. Next came the Tanah Lot Sunset Tour. This is one experience that none of us will ever forget!

The next leg of our trip was to Ubud. If Nusa Penida was scenic, Ubud was the perfect follow-up to that act. We had a guided tour to Tirta EmpulTegallalang Rice Terrace, and Ubud Art Market. So, in one single day, we experienced heritage, beautiful locales, and art. There is really nothing more we could have demanded. A few highlights that stood out were Goa Gajah, Artisans Handicraft Shopping, and the Ubud Palace. All of these places have a special place in both my heart ( and my gallery ).

All in all, PYT arranged a well-rounded trip for me and my family. Every aspect of the trip - ranging from the activities and the stay to the support, was perfectly handled. I would like to end on a happy note by saying that Bali makes for a perfect getaway, and I look forward to traveling with PickYourTrail in the future
