Amazing travel experience! I recently booked a trip to Bali, Indonesia via Pickyourtrail, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service and mannerisms of the entire Pickyourtrail team, from Mr Sanjai C to Mr Darsana. After searching for travel agencies, I came across Pickyourtrail, and Sanjai C called me up, it took 3 days to finalise the itinerary after omitting and editing it numerous times. The chat support was very responsive, and Mr Sanjai went out of his way to help me even during late hours. He finalised the itinerary according to the budget. Thank you, Mr Sanjai! He worked on my itinerary till late night and kept even the minutest detail in mind while curating my plan. He became enthusiastic when I told him that this will be our first trip overseas and this is dedicated to our daughter as we will be travelling immediately after her exams to give her a nice break. Ms Tika, of Bali Bagus i.e the car agency too helped wherever required, everything was on time, was never left hanging. During our entire trip, we had 3 drivers, Mr Darsana(throughout the entire trip), Mr Jack and Mr Wendy(for one day). Mr Darsana, our driver, guide and photographer, could not have been more efficient. Always punctual and regular, whilst telling us all about the places we visited. Very polite and helpful, always smiling :) couldn't have asked for a better guide than him. In Nusa Penida, the second guide, Mr Jack, even in his short time with us helped us a lot, and was an amazing photographer. He met us on time, and the Nusa Penida trip went smoothly without any hassles. Am amazed at the coordination between the Bali Bagus team as they clicked our pictures to let each other know our details and when and where to meet! Mr Wendy, the third driver was with us for a very short period of time, from the Nusa Penida pick up point to the hotel, but in that time we learnt a lot about Bali and he himself in return learnt a lot about India. He had a good sense of humour and wide range knowledge as well. He has been a great fan of bollywood and Shahrukh Khan. I highly recommend Pickyourtrail to anyone looking for a stress-free and unforgettable travel experience. Ill definitely be using their services again and will recommend to my family and friends. Our hearts are filled with wonderful memories

We are so glad that we chose PYT to plan our honeymoon trip to Maldives in the month of December 2024. Browsing through instagram one day, I suddenly came across a reel from PYT regarding Maldives. I browsed vlog pages and YouTube channels for honest reviews regarding it since it was quite unknown here in Kolkata. A leap of faith made me sign in to the app and the rest is history. Right from customising the Maldives trip during peak season (se went during the New Year time, the peakest season ever) within our budget to providing expert opinions and 24*7 WhatsApp support, PYT ensured that the entire process was completely hassle free. They even included luxurious add-ons for us as part of complimentary honeymoon inclusions. We stayed in the premium Reethi Faru Island Resort with both ways seaplane transfers and staycation in both deluxe jacuzzi pool villa and overwater sunset villa along with halfboard meal plan with elaborate buffets. The 4 days trip was nothing short of magical for us and that too without burning a hole in our pockets. Thank you so much PYT for not letting by blind trust and leap of faith go in vain. I recently used PYT services for my recent visit to Vietnam. What made me choose PYT?: PYT promptly followed up with phone calls and emails after I filled a form on their website. PYT literally made it easy for me to customize every single aspect of my visit. A huge plus point here. Ease to choose your free time, your own tour is fantastic. PYT allowed me to easily add whatever I want in the app and provided a lot of choices. Great advantage here! Prices were also similar to what was offered at other places, so good job on that. VISA and domestic flights were handled by PYT. A day before my trip, a WhatsApp group was created with PYT and their Vietnamese counterparts. My pick up details were provided prior to departure and the driver was present as soon as I was out of the airport. All local tour details were informed a day prior and everything mentioned in the itinerary was covered satisfactorily. Had the same good experience with all other transport, tours and domestics flight. No areas to complain. I am someone who always plan my own trips. Shared tours always has its disadvantage. You need to be ready at the decided time, you may find some interesting places where you would like to spend more time and you are forced to leave due to schedule, some places where you are done early but you need to wait for other tourists. This happened on this tour as well. I had less time at few places forcing me to wind up soon and had lots of time at places leaving me waiting for other tourists to return. We were also taken to a pearl and agar wood boutique which was not a part of the itinerary. It was a big sales pitch to purchase overpriced pearls and agarwood jewellery. We were just left there with no idea where the exit is and were shown overpriced stuff over and over again. We did not sign-up for this. This is similar to the Indian auto-rickshaw/tuktuk scam "pay me less but I will take you to a store-just see, don't buy anything" kind of thing. What could be improved? My initial hotel was changed at the last minute (said that the hotel management changed, so it was only the change in hotel name). Initial tour guide was waiting for me at another hotel. We were searching for each other for sometime before we realized that we were at different locations. The tour guide then asked me to share my location and arrived after sometime. This could have been avoided. Not a big deal though, but this would have impacted the other patrons participating in the shared tour. It would be better to provide a list of hotels as well as options just like the option for available tours. This way it makes it easier to choose a hotel of my choice. I had to contact my advisor to modify hotels/room types. It's just easier to provide a few options and choose one instead of talking on the phone to decide on hotel and room type. Pro Travelers: The other things like transfers from/to hotel or anywhere in between, there are apps like Grab. If you want local tours, you can use klook or GetYourGuide. You can find all entry tickets, day trips and events for decent prices. We may book hotels on Booking.com, Agoda or anything else. If you would like something hassle free, everything booked and ready for you, I would recommend PYT. Just pack your bags and only decide on what to do in your free time, like shopping. Everything else is pre-planned and well taken care of. I would also recommend using PYT if you are visiting a country for the first time since you wouldn't know how well things work. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with PYT. Everything promised were fulfilled. If I need to use services or if someone asks me for recommendations for travel, PYT would be my first choice. PYT's app and website is also great. A lot of information and customizability helps planning your tours very well to a granular level.

Queries addressed instantly through PYT app. Decent drivers and they always wearing PYT tshirt and pyt logo in our transit car. Driver ensured our pickup and drop at sharp time. No rush it was a hastle free vacation for us. Eager to book my next vacation with PYT. And a thanks to bali bagus tours vendor in bali for full coordination and cooperation, they partnered with PYT.
