The garden is open to the public at 1 pm when visitors can pick 20 tulips and make a tulip bouquet of their choice and take home for free. The garden remains open till all the tulips are picked. The tulips don’t last too long, so don’t wait, join the queue, and pick your own bunch of spring happiness.
