Already basking the world’s biggest shopping center, the world’s tallest building, the world’s biggest indoor ski hall and the world’s tallest building, Dubai has been adding a gem to its crown with every passing year. The world’s largest Ferris wheel is on the list next.

It’s high time we’ve spoken about the London Eye and the Singapore Flyer because the Ain Dubai is set to break all records with a height of 250 meters against the 167 meters tallest in the world. Towering above the Jumeirah Beach Residences coastline, it offers a 360-degree view of the glamorous city. Just imagine, experiencing the golden sunsets from the top of the wheel, a few moments that can make your vacation worth it!

Set to be complete in time for Expo 2024 Dubai, Ain Dubai will present views of the city’s gorgeous coastline, majestic skyline as well as famous attractions such as Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah. Situated on Bluewaters Island, a man-made island considered as one of the cities finest structures with over 200 dining outlets, the majestic Ain Dubai, five-star hotels, and world-class leisure amenities catering both to tourists and residents. Moreover, Bluewaters Island is connected to the mainland via a direct bridge to and from the Sheikh Zayed Road. So, a day exclusively for the Bluewater islands should unquestionably be a part of your Dubai itinerary.

To add to its bounty, a few capsules in the wheel comes in with a dine-in option during your ride. And, dining amidst the clear skies, in a private capsule with striking views of the city’s skyline, definitely sounds like a perfect arrangement for any celebration.

Some facts that’ll leave you in awe for Ain Dubai!

  • The length of each rung on the wheel is longer than a full-scale football pitch.
  • If all the cables wires housed within the spokes were joined end to end, it would stretch long to a distance of 2,400km. That’s the same as the distance between Delhi to Chennai.
  • 15 London buses could fit inside every leg of the wheel.
  • The axis weighs as much as four A380 airplanes.
  • 9,000 tonnes of steel is employed in the formation of Ain Dubai.
  • It consists of 40 capsules which can hold up to 1,400 visitors per ride.

Facts can woo you, but the experience on top of the Ferris wheel can leave you feeling on top of the world. While it’s impossible that you go to Dubai and not come back with unforgettable memories and experiences of a lifetime. Though, a year later you might feel that there’s so much more than you can do in your next vacation to Dubai and the list goes on.
