Battlestar Galactica is a pair of steel, combatting rollercoasters present at Universal Studios Singapore. One of the coasters is blue and provides an upturned experience to the visitors and the other provides the traditional seated experience and is in red. Initially inaugurated in 2010, These coasters were not operating from 2013 till 2015 due to renovation which was later opened up to the public. Battlestar Galactica: Cylon

The Cylon coaster is modeled like the Cylon Raider wherein it has got 5 inversions in its one-kilometer-long track. Racing at a pace of 90 kilometers per hour, This blue coaster gives a thrilling experience with a lot of twists and turns along its way. Get ready to have your adrenaline pumping so fast when the Cylon raider plunges into a mystical fog to give the excitement of a near-miss with the ground. It also includes unexpected turns close to buildings to give a similar near-miss encounter. 

Battlestar Galactica: Human

The human coaster is modeled like a Colonial Viper for visitors who prefer a peaceful and traditional roller coaster without inversions. Authorities at Universal Studios, Singapore say that those who take to the red coaster which indicates the Human track, experience more G-force than those who choose to take the Cylon Raider. Humans made machines and to prove that we are as fast as them, The red coaster also reaches up to a speed of 90 km per hour at this jaw-dropping ride.

Visitor Information

  • Battlestar Galactica is situated at Universal Studios, Singapore which is open from 10 in the morning till 8 in the evening. 
  • Admission tickets purchased to the Universal Studios gives automatic access to the visitors to experience Battlestar Galactica. 
  • Given that this is a high-speed ride, All takers are expected to be at good physical health. 
  • Items like camera, snacks, etc are not permitted onto the ride, They can be stored at the free locker facility that is available at the Universal Studios. 
  • This ride has a minimum height restriction of 125 Cms.
