Pickyourtrail provided good end to end service for our recent Japan trip. Itinerary was customised as per our requirements. Sales and Support team explained complete itinerary and gave a heads up on the additional expenses we could have to make during the trip. Airport transfers and group tours were arranged. We faced few issues during one of airport transfers and our communication with support team in Pickyourtrail APP due to flight delays. However the support team got it resolved. I went on a trip to Japan for one week in the month of September through Pickyourtrail. It was a great experience throughout the holiday. The assistance was on spot everytime I needed. Fantastic Japan trip!!! Everything was well organized, from hotels and train travel to sightseeing activities. Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo each offered unique experiences, and highlights like Mt. The local tours were very well planned and executed,guides were excellent except first day. Local bus travel was comfortable,guides properly explained everything and guides well,food during daytrips we r e well taken care. Throughout trip pickyour Trail team was in constant touch for any help,updating about next day event where to go and all ,helping with google maps and supported and guided for good restaurants. The Japan itinerary was curated beautifully . Dikshita was instrumental in ensuring we had a lot of different type of experiences. Dinesh took us through the day wise and suggested the dos and dont. Gaurav was there through out our trip to guide us in case we needed any clarification. A big shout out to the team at PYT for making this trip a beautiful family experience!
