Then during the trip we were accurately communicated the steps to follow and ways to reach the destinations beforehand and their customer support service was available online via their app and had quick response. It's a amazing experience and holidays at Swiss. We didn't feel any fear or danger any where going to a foreign country. Indeed a well planned holidays organized by Pickyour trails. We used their service for a trip to Switzerland. They were really helpful in planning the itinerary and the bookings for the hotels and activities. There were a few points which can be improved like communication of the day's activities by taking into consideration the time difference between India and the place of visit, since we were getting notifications 2 days in advance sometimes. And other places like coordination between the hotel and us. These were some small issues, but overall good experience and will look to use their service again.

Recently booked my honeymoon trip to Switzerland with Pick your trail. When I searched for a travel package, they themselves contacted me and prepared the Itinerary according to our preferences. Mr.Evans was really helpful during this process. And they guided during the visa application process and made it real simple. Their assistance during the 6 days trip is really amazing. Whatever doubts I asked through their app, they responded immediately. But before the trip, the support chat section in the app was not at all working. I tried to ask doubts regarding money exchange and sim card usage in the chat section but the app was really useless at that time. They should really look into that. That was the only negative I can quote and because of that, we faced little troubles on the first day of our trip. Otherwise, this was a well guided, perfectly planned and a memorable honeymoon trip for us. Thank you very much for the support
