We recently completed a 7-day trip booked for thailand through PickYourTrail, and overall it was a great experience. The itinerary was well planned, hotels were comfortable, and airport transfers were smooth. Their support team was responsive whenever we had questions. The trip was mostly hassle-free and enjoyable. We booked our Vietnam trip through Pick Your Trails and overall had a really good experience. The planning and customization process was smooth, and we felt very comfortable throughout. There were a couple of minor issues from the local ground team in Vietnam, like missing timely updates and the Ho chi min guide not being very engaging (though he explained things well). However, the Pick Your Trails team was always responsive whenever we needed help. Special mention to Rajalakshmi, who kept checking on us throughout the trip she genuinely felt like a friend who cared. Mentioning the small drawbacks only for improvement, because overall their service was excellent. Highly recommended!

10/10 A Truly Wholesome Thailand Trip with PickYourTrail! We had an amazing, budget-friendly trip to Thailand with PickYourTrail, and it was absolutely worth it. From the planning stage itself, the coordination was excellent. A special thanks to Riya, who helped us plan the trip so well and patiently guided us through every detail. She kept us informed about all the necessary things to do before traveling and provided a detailed itinerary, which made the entire journey stress-free. The team was always available to answer our queries, no matter the time. All the pickups and drop-offs in Thailand were very smooth and perfectly on time, which made traveling between places extremely comfortable. Since we were traveling with a toddler, PickYourTrail thoughtfully arranged a kid-friendly itinerary based on our preferences, which we really appreciated. The rooms selected were budget-friendly yet truly value for money, comfortable and well-chosen. A big thank you to Divya as well, who stayed in touch during the trip and regularly checked if everything was going smoothly. That level of care and coordination made us feel very supported throughout our journey. Overall, this was a wonderfully planned and wholesome trip. We are extremely happy with PickYourTrails service and professionalism. Best trip ever and were definitely looking forward to traveling with PickYourTrail again.
